Before you start

A few good questions.

Ask us anything →
Is LoanWick the same as BrokerBot?

Yes. LoanWick, formerly BrokerBot, is the same assistant under one name.

Will it start texting right away?

No. Connect Bonzo, review your settings and test first. Live outreach requires activation approval.

Can I take over?

Yes. When you text the lead yourself, LoanWick steps back. You control which stages allow outreach or replies.

Can I try it without contacting anyone?

Yes. The public demo uses fictional details and sends no SMS or Bonzo updates.

Does it make phone calls?

AI calling is rolling out by workspace after voice setup and consent. See calling availability. The preview line uses fictional details and makes no real bookings or transfers.

How is borrower information handled?

Connected conversations are processed to provide the service. See our privacy policy. Never put real borrower information in a public demo.

What these numbers do—and don’t—mean

Counts cover currently active, non-sandbox LoanWick workspaces. Appointments booked are conversations with a non-null booked_at timestamp in the selected window. Handed to loan officers are conversations with a non-null lo_takeover_at (the bot yielded / an LO took over). Prospects handled (conversations reached) for 7- and 30-day windows are distinct live-account conversations that received a provider-sent/delivered LoanWick bot outbound (role bot, outbound_intent_key set, not superseded/deleted)—matching the prior public-stats definition. All time prospects handled is the count of conversations on those live workspaces. No borrower names, phone numbers, or message content are included. These are activity measures—not conversion rates, revenue, or promised results.

7- and 30-day views use UTC calendar days (today is partial). All time uses the lifetime totals. The daily chart covers the last 30 UTC days only and is hidden for All time. Updated from live records approximately every 15 minutes. If data cannot be verified, the figures are hidden instead of replaced with estimates.
